Food is the Source of Energy

Food - it is the main source of energy for any living organisms on this planet. It is the "petrol" that helps the human beings complex mechanism to perform their functions. However, not every food nourishes us - in every sense of the word as it implies. First of all, it all depends on your habits, namely, the value of portions of any food eaten at a time. After all, we are organized differently than cars and scooters, and with a full tank - not the pass. The ancient Sufis knew that the less you eat, the more energetic you feel. If we are to fill out the stomach, the large amount of blood rushes to our digestive tract, making us lethargic and drowsy in the process.
And secondly, it all depends on your culinary preferences. Scientists were not too lazy, and decided to conduct large-scale studies of a number of products purchased in supermarkets. In fact, it has been checked how certain foods affect our state of energy.
The following is the list of carotid products or ’Sleepy Food':
·         Turkey meat: The composition of turkey meat has certain specific proteins that have a relaxing effect on the human body. Of course, the portion of the meal of turkey will not induce a sleep for you, but remember that the abuse of turkey significantly reduces your performance.
·         Sugar and all sweet is not good. Racing glucose in the blood, as a rule, quickly tire the body. That is why the sweet tooth often complain of a lack of strength. Perhaps it is worth to give up your favorite candy and soda? Will you?
·         Drinking alcohol inhibits the activity of the nervous system. After alcohol the body becomes sluggish, and seems about to fall asleep soon. Typically, such "alcoholic" is anything but a dream complete, because during sleep the body cannot rest and did not accumulate enough energy for the day to come.
·         Fried foods are usually digested for a long period of time, besides irritating the digestive tract, as well as upsetting the body with very heavy set of harmful substances.
·                     All the flour and pasta also contribute to spikes in blood glucose, which causes fatigue.
A specialist recommends and explains that "to bend" the day to your advantage is possible, if you follow certain rules in the use of the food you consume.
·         Our first enemy is the uncontrolled release of insulin, which are due to hobbies and sweets. So abandon simple sugars and sugary foods and replace them with a predominance of dietary fiber. Better start using the diet of unprocessed cereals (other than polished rice and maize). They contain complex carbohydrates, which are longer to digest, and sugar will slowly enter the blood stream.
·         In the morning, remember to eat cereal. It's a great source of energy in the morning after a good night's sleep.
·         Go to a fractional power supply - small portions at intervals of three hours between meals.
·         Foods that are rich in carbohydrates are best to eat in the morning hours. By eating foods that are rich in carbohydrates in the morning hours, the sugar does not turn into fat, and will be incinerated. In the afternoon, you can eat a diet that contains protein and vegetables.
·         Watch for the arrival of vitamins in your body. In order to replenish the energy of the body, the vitamins that are especially important are vitamin C which is found in fruits such as blackberry, dog rose, kiwi and lettuce and B vitamins which are found in cereals.
·         Do not forget water! One kilogram of body weight needs about thirty to forty ml. of pure water (not soda, teas and other beverages). Thus, a person weighing seventy kilos requires about two to two-and-half liters of water.
·         For the energy, it is necessary to have iron! Because of this trace is formed hemoglobin, transporting oxygen in the blood. The source of iron can be found in items like meat, liver, cocoa powder and green leafy vegetables.
