Eat Right for a Good Figure



To get the perfect figure, what you eat during the day is very important. You may want that great hour-glass figure. You may also like to have a slim body like many of our film heroines who parade these days in their costumes. But for that it is important that you eat right. Along with a proper exercise schedules and regular workouts, what food you eat daily  decides how much weight you will lose or gain.

It is correctly said that have your breakfast like a king, your lunch like a prince and your dinner like a pauper. How healthy and fit you are is decided by what you eat in the morning. However, to avoid putting weight, eat mostly eggs or fruits in the morning and avoid fatty matter. Having small meals often works out the best for our body. So you can definitely avoid stuffing up all the food at a time!

Too much worrying about your weight only makes you eat more. So slow down and do  light exercises such as yoga, running and jogging daily to get tet perfect shape you were longing for. Try to have more salads and fruits and avoid eating too much non-vegetarian food. And eating a pudding or chocolate cake once in a while is also good. Just ensure you burn off all the added fat and calories by doing regular exercise.


Likewise, there is no necessity at all to starve yourself so as to lose weight. Drinking a glass of lukewarm water in the morning as soon as you get up from the bed is very good for the skin and also for the whole body. Therefore, if you prepare a daily schedule of food and also follow is sincerely, there can be no doubt that you can also get that perfect and beautiful figure within a short time.
