Smile is Good for Health

Generations of people have grown to become teachers  who tried to convince others that some people are smiling on demand, they have no sincerity of purpose and so on and so forth. Then came a new era. We have more people going to foreign countries and we have friends among all the nations. And we see that smile is an indispensable attribute of most people in many countries. Nobody have any monopoly on a smile.

And we have to learn to smile at friends when they meet us and also at casual passers-by. And the amazing thing - as everybody knows is stories of several marriages, which would simply not exist if it were not for his or her smile. Once upon a time, I happened to read this recommendation: "If the child is aged five or six months, first time seeing you and you smile - you're a good man".

But, to be serious, it is said that a smile - it's capital. It is true! Understanding the need to smile for the civilized man came many years ago. And they soon realized that something needs to change in themselves and that too immediately. We need to cope with it soon. But with a smile, it will be more easy. From childhood we were taught that the most important is the spiritual development of man.

And everything else will follow. It turns out that spiritual development involves all aspects of human life. We still work on each of these issues including our appearance, and not only in improving the complexion, or beauty of our hands, namely, to make their way attractive to others. It is suitable for a man to meet a girl, if she had "sweet" expression on her face, and in all it looks as if waiting for a surprise.
