Facebook Boosts Confidence

Tentatively speaking, the popular social networking website Facebook that attracts millions and millions of people across the world could be fine and great for people with low confidence. If an individual wants to improve his or her friendship then sharing is very essential. However, as per a new study, in reality, people with low levels of self confidence have a tendency to act inefficiently by communicating all the negative aspects of their lives with their friends.

This in turn makes them less liked by those friends.
In reality, the popular social networking website Facebook is liked by many people across the globe irrespective of their age and is considered as a very good place to unite for people from all walks of life to make their relationships strong and thus last longer, if not for ever!  Normally, people with low self confidence find it uncomfortable to share things in person with others.

However, the popular social networking website Facebook had made it possible and easy to share a lot of things that an individual may want to share with his friends and relatives who may be living in different geographical zones across the globe. Perhaps, I feel this may be the key factor as to why this social networking website has become so popular among the masses cutting across geographical boundaries as well as age barriers!

The study has observed that people with low self confidence receive many replies from their friends on Facebook if they post updates that are positive instead of negative. It was also observed that individuals with high self confidence get more responses if they post updates that are negative. In conclusion, individuals with low self confidence may feel secure by posting personal information on Facebook. However, by doing this, they may not be helping them in anyway.
