Twitter has grown immensely popular. It's simply fun, social, and in case you blog or run any other website then it gives you a lot back. Twitter is a so-called microblogging website. Your post is in 140 characters, and you can use them to tell us what you do, ask questions, tell about useful links and so on. Even more important is it to follow other interesting people and read what they have to say.
In case you are not using Twitter up to now then it is high time that you try it at once. It is completely free to join and use and does not take much time. To get your Twitter account and your own Twitter blog, you need to register for free on twitter’s website. Click on the button Sign up to access the registration form. Once you complete the registration form, click ‘create my account’.
In the next step you can choose to try to find out friends by connecting to your Gmail account to search for contacts. This is not necessary. So you can click on the Skip this step at the bottom of the page. Then, the phone asks if you want to add some well-known twitterers to follow. You do not want, and you can skip this as well. You can follow those you feel like following.
Instead of following a few unknown celebrities who are not interested in you or whom you do not know at all in the first place, it is better to follow some interesting people. Click Skip this step if you do not want to follow them. That's it! Your Twitter account is registered and you have your Twitter blog ranking. Try to write a post by typing something in what are you doing and click Update.
