How Banana can Help you



The banana is a fruit with a sweet flavor and consistency is smooth. Besides being a tasty and nutritious fruit, it also has medicinal properties. Here are some of them.  
1.    For ulcers: The banana counteracts the acidity or irritation in the stomach forming a layer on it. 
2.    To detoxify the body: • Eat a banana fasted for a week so your body purge toxins in the blood and strengthen your lymphatic system. • Avoid eating high fat meal during this detoxifying treatment. 
3.    For good digestion: • if you eat banana with milk, it help you have good digestion. Some people do not feel very well, but this is because they eat when they are mature or, conversely, when they are too mature. In the same way it restores the intestines to function properly. Do not eat bananas before your meal, because it will hinder digestion.
4.    For nerves: • Bananas contain vitamin B, which helps calm the nerves. 
5.    For hemorrhoids: • make a compress with banana and gauze or a tea with banana leaves for baths.
6.    For depression: • Bananas have tryptophan, which in turn is converted to serotonin and this serves as soothing leaving you feeling better. 
7.    For swelling and mosquito bites irritation: • put the inside of the banana peel on the affected area. 
8.    For warts: • put a piece of the inside of the shell in poultice on the affected part.
9.    For menstruation: • to ease the pains eat a banana. 
10. For nausea: • it is advisable to eat a banana between meals.  
11. For anemia: • the banana contains enough iron to produce hemoglobin in the blood. 
12. For heartburn: • eating a banana will assist you for heartburn. 
13. For body temperature: • banana lowers body temperature, especially in pregnant women and for future babies. 
For blood pressure: • Bananas contain potassium which helps lower blood pressure.
